Job Title: General Production Worker - 3rd Shift - Start ASAP Job Description Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the production line for a new ramp-up project. You will be responsible for assembling materials, operating machines, inspecting parts, and ensuring that components are ready for shipment. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is essential to this role. Responsibilities + Assemble materials and operate machinery on the production line. + Inspect parts for quality assurance before packaging for shipment. + Assemble components as required. + Maintain a clean and safe working environment. + 3rd shift (10:30pm - 6:30am, starting Sunday). Essential Skills + 6 months of recent experience in manufacturing. + Experience in a production worker, operator, assembler, or warehouse position within the last 6 months. + Ability to lift 40 lbs and handle car hoods made of plastic and foam. + Experience with visual inspection and defect identification. + Job stability with 8 months or longer at past three jobs. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Mechanical skills. + Experience in machine operation. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TROY, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.85 - $16.85/hr.
