Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Candidates Needed ASAP Job Description We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associates to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring all materials are processed efficiently and safely. This role is essential to maintaining smooth logistics and supporting overall operational success. Key Responsibilities + Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of materials, products, or supplies. + Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to company standards. + Verify shipment quantities against purchase orders and packing slips. + Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed). + Label and organize products in the warehouse to maintain a clean, efficient workflow. + Maintain accurate inventory records using scanners or warehouse management systems. + Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly. + Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. + Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications + Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics preferred (but not required). + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. + Basic computer or scanner skills for tracking inventory. + Good communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. + Forklift certification a plus, but not required.
