Job Title: Recruiter (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Onsite u2013 Wauwatosa, WI Pay: $22u2013$23/hour (increase upon conversion) Overview: Adecco is seeking a Recruiter to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis in Wauwatosa, WI. This role will support light industrial and skilled trades recruiting efforts, partnering closely with clients to deliver qualified candidates and ensure a strong hiring process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: + Source candidates for light industrial and skilled trades positions using job boards, internal databases, and outreach strategies + Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for client needs + Coordinate and manage the hiring process, including interview scheduling and onboarding support + Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding hiring needs, candidate updates, and market feedback + Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings + Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Qualifications: + Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience (staffing or high-volume hiring preferred) + Experience supporting light industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades roles is a plus + Strong communication and organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with internal teams and clients What We Offer: + Competitive hourly pay with increase upon permanent conversion + Opportunity to grow within a global staffing organization + Hands-on experience supporting a high-demand recruiting function + Collaborative, team-oriented environment Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
