Job Title: Fence Installer Job Description Join a dynamic team as a fence installer, working with a leading contractor involved in residential and commercial fence, gates, and automated gate systems. This is a seasonal opportunity with potential for extended work in the shop during winter, depending on performance. Responsibilities + Assist with all aspects of fence installation. + Prepare job sites by digging holes, mixing concrete, and setting materials. + Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment efficiently. + Operate hand and power tools, skid steers, air hammers, and forklifts. + Work outdoors in various weather conditions. + Follow all safety and environmental guidelines to ensure a secure worksite. Essential Skills + Experience working in outdoor conditions or construction. + Experience operating a forklift or skid steer. + Ability to operate hand and power tools. + Computer literacy for data entry and entering reports. + Clean driving record with a valid driver's license. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to stand for long periods of time. + Capability to lift or move up to 50 pounds. + Flexibility to occasionally walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:00/6:30 am to 4:00/5:00 pm, with overtime required. You will primarily work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. This is a physically demanding role, requiring standing for long periods and occasionally walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
