Senior Analyst

Description We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team in Carrollton, Georgia. This role is ideal for an individual with strong attention to detail and expertise in IT governance and business analysis. You will play a key part in monitoring IT metrics and ensuring effective reporting processes across various systems. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct thorough IT audits to evaluate system performance and compliance with governance standards. u2022 Prepare and distribute detailed metrics reports on IT operations, including financial data and status updates. u2022 Collaborate with project managers to enhance reporting capabilities and support strategic initiatives. u2022 Analyze existing IT processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements. u2022 Assist in the implementation and monitoring of systems like ServiceNow and S/4 Hana. u2022 Provide detailed documentation and analysis for IT-related projects. u2022 Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights to improve efficiency. u2022 Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of IT reporting and project documentation. u2022 Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to maintain high-quality governance. u2022 Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in business analysis and IT governance. u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate system performance and data metrics. u2022 Familiarity with systems such as ServiceNow and S/4 Hana is preferred. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Ability to create clear, concise documentation and reports. u2022 Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies is a plus. u2022 Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings. u2022 Capable of identifying gaps in processes and recommending actionable solutions.
