Sodexou2019s Campus Segment is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 to join our team at the Colorado School of Mines , located in the heart of beautiful Golden, Colorado. In this high-impact leadership role, you will play a key part in expanding our on-campus retail footprint and elevating the student, faculty, and guest experience across multiple locations. As the Retail Manager 3 , you will oversee a dynamic portfolio of established retail concepts while also leading the launch of two brand-new locations on campus. This position requires a strategic, hands-on operator who excels in service excellence, team development, financial performance, and operational execution. You will collaborate closely with campus partners and internal teams to build an engaging, efficient, and high-performing retail environment that reflects Sodexou2019s commitment to quality and innovation. What You'll Do + Lead the opening, operations, and growth of two new campus retail locations, in addition to managing existing concepts. + Oversee, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 hourly associates , fostering a positive, service-driven culture. + Ensure a best-in-class guest experience with a strong, consistent focus on customer service and hospitality. + Drive operational excellence through effective budgeting, cost control, inventory management, scheduling, and P&L oversight. + Implement training, coaching, and performance development programs to support team success and operational consistency. + Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain brand standards, support marketing initiatives, and drive sales growth.
