About the role As a Senior Automation Quality Engineer , you will make an impact by driving quality assurance and automation initiatives across supply chain and logistics systems. You will be a valued member of a crossu2011functional delivery team, working closely with business, development, and operations stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and highu2011quality enterprise solutions. In this role, you will: + Analyze functional and technical requirements to design effective test scenarios, with a strong focus on system integrations and data flow mapping + Develop and execute test strategies and test plans aligned with project and business goals + Lead automation testing initiatives using Power Automate, UiPath, and API/Web Services automation tools + Define and maintain automation frameworks and reusable testing assets + Perform database validation using PL/SQL to ensure data accuracy and integrity + Provide test estimations, support proofu2011ofu2011concept activities, and contribute to project planning + Lead defect triage discussions, track quality metrics, and ensure timely issue resolution + Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery + Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to provide updates, insights, and recommendations + Mentor junior team members and support overall team effectiveness Work model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until April 17th, 2026 The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 to 112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
