Description: What Weu2019re Doing The LockheedMartin RMS Lab Design & Management team supports some of the most vital defense systems, including the U.S. Navyu2019s AEGIS Combat System, the Coast Guardu2019s maritime security platforms, Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), Solid State Radar, Homeland & Expeditionary Defense, and a wide range of research and development programs. Our engineering and lab design efforts ensure these mission critical systems operate effectively, reliably, and securely in defense of national and global security interests. The Work The Moorestown Off Site Lab Technician Manager is the first line leader responsible for the day to day operations of a high performing technical team. This role oversees system and lab readiness within the Moorestown Development Lab portfolio, specifically at: u2022 Combat System Engineering & Development Site (CSEDS) u2022 Maritime Domain Awareness Center (MDAC) for the U.S. Coast Guard u2022 Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Facility The manager also provides support to other teams and mission areas as needed. Key Responsibilities u2022 Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance. u2022 Lead the team through staffing, training, and professional development. u2022 Oversee workload and tasking, with support from team leads. u2022 Partner with site and program leadership to resolve site and lab related issues. u2022 Monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics. u2022 Track ServiceCentral tickets to ensure timely closure of issues. u2022 Ensure team readiness for milestone test events. u2022 Collaborate with NSCC and PTC technical teams to harmonize processes and build efficiencies across groups. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
