Top Skills' Details PowerEdge Servers Data Center Techs Cabling Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves + Automation + Administration Responsibilities: On-Site Support u2022 Provide on-site technical support for AI Server systems, ensuring rapid recovery and minimal downtime u2022 Design and implement standard procedures u2022 Perform corrective maintenance on AI Servers, including part replacements and hardware firmware upgrades with precision and accountability u2022 Expertly diagnose complex system malfunctions to isolate issues to client, other OEM vendors, or software, and execute appropriate action plans u2022 Perform proactive and reactive maintenance and hardware Field Change Orders (FCOs) per established procedures u2022 Enforce safety, quality, and documentation guidelines during interventions u2022 Perform initial system health checks and environmental audits to ensure compliance with operational standards u2022 Orchestrate with logistics teams for expedited delivery of critical parts during high-priority outages; often managing multi-million dollars of inventory.
