A Low Voltage Project Manager oversees the planning and installation of low voltage systems. These systems typically include network infrastructure, telephony, VoIP, closed-circuit television (CCTV), access control, alarm systems, public address, and premise wiring. Open to candidates in CO, AZ, TX, PA or MA Responsibilities + Project Management: Lead and manage low voltage installation projects from initiation to completion. + Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints. + Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with other project managers and internal teams to ensure alignment and efficient project execution. + Resource Management: Predict and manage resources effectively. Prepare budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements. + Cost and Time Management: Monitor project costs to meet budget and track progress. + Keep stakeholders informed of project status and address any issues promptly. + Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. + Tools: Smart Sheet and Blue Beam experience preferred. Skills & Qualifications + _Experience with Low voltage cabling is required_ + 40% Travel is required + 3+ years of project management experience, preferably for an IT company preferred + Read and navigate Blueprints + Willing to access / use lifts. + Ability to u201cwalku201d a Distribution Center at least once a quarter. (1.2Mil Sq. Ft. buildings) + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred + Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership. + Exemplary oral and written communication skills + Build relationships at all levels and work in a team atmosphere Wage Range : The annual starting salary for this position is between $75,000 u2013 $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
