JOB REQUIREMENTS: Soldering Assessment will be required after the OnsiteInterview Assemble electronic components using manual processes,including stuffing, mechanical assembly, hand assembly, and soldering(both lead and lead-free), ensuring all soldering tasks meet IPC Class 3workmanship standards. Minimum 2 year of experience in electronicsassembly Class 3 High-Reliability Electronics (Our most critical work) oHighest workmanship standard o Required for aerospace, defense, medicaldevices, avionics, life-support or safety-critical systems o Notolerance for defects work must be precise, clean, and reliable o Solderjoints must be properly wetted, uniform, and completely free of pits,cracks, voids, or contamination o Very strict on component alignment,lead trim, solder amount, and cleanliness OTHER EXPERIENCEAND QUALIFICATIONS: Typically requires prior experience with IPC-A-610and Class 3 environments o Have hands-on Class 3 assembly experience oHave worked with tight tolerances and strict quality systems oDemonstrate strong attention to detail o Are comfortable working under amicroscope o Understand why Class 3 is held to a higher standard oProduce consistent, repeatable workmanship o Can explain Class 2 vs.Class 3 differences APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: Other: SITE Staffing does not accept phonecalls regarding any job postings.
