Youu2019ll work on expansion, replacement, and upgrading initiatives, providing complete electrification from planning through execution. How Youu2019ll Make an Impact + Serve as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders on multiple substation projects, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships. + Manage several projects at once, driving schedule adherence, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and delivering solid financial results. + Lead key project management activities such as scheduling, budgeting, risk control, change management, opportunity assessment, and forecasting. + Oversee every stage of project execution u2013 from handover to final construction completion u2013 while ensuring quality and safety standards. + Take full profit and loss (P&L) accountability for your assigned projects, tracking performance against targets. + Capture and share lessons learned, actively reducing or eliminating non-conformance costs (NCCs) while collaborating closely with local and global teams and expanding your expertise in AIS, GIS, and Substation products. What You Bring + Bacheloru2019s degree in engineering or management with 5+ yearsu2019 experience in substations or project management. + Solid substation expertise u2013 covering AIS, transformers, breakers, MV/HV gas-insulated switchgear, and balance-of-plant (BOP) equipment u2013 paired with a strong work ethic, a continuous learning mindset, and preferably Project Management certifications such as PMP or IPMA. + An excellent communicator with proven leadership, team building, customer-facing expertise, and strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple priorities. + Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, quality management, and collaborating effectively with global teams. + Willing to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally. + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
