Salesforce/nCino Developer About the role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce/nCino Developer. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools, along with proven experience configuring and customizing nCino features such as UI Groups, Routes, Screens, product catalog, and loan origination processes. This role requires a solid understanding of banking and financial services workflows, integration with external systems via APIs, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Candidates with Salesforce certifications and nCino 301 certification will be highly valued. In this role, you will: u00b7 Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable business solutions within Salesforce CRM and nCino. u00b7 Collaborate with architects, technical managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. u00b7 Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and APIs. u00b7 Configure nCino features including UI Groups, Routes, Screens, product catalog, product packages, collateral management, covenants, and entities involvement. u00b7 Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems (cloud-based and on-premise) using REST and SOAP APIs. u00b7 Apply best practices in Agile/SCRUM development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. u00b7 Support banking and financial services processes such as loan origination, deposits, lending, and digital banking platforms. u00b7 Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Salesforce/nCino applications to ensure performance and reliability. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs What you must have to be considered: u00b7 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) and nCino development experience. u00b7 Strong expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Lightning components, LWC, and Flows. u00b7 Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules). u00b7 Proficiency in web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery) and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML). u00b7 Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications. u00b7 Strong knowledge of nCino Loan Origination processes and commercial/business banking workflows. u00b7 Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM. u00b7 Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. u00b7 Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PD1), Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant. u00b7 nCino 301 certification (preferred). u00b7 Experience Cloud knowledge (preferred). Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $ 64,734u2013 $ 105,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
