Chartthe future of Cribl's engineering tools, systems and practices. Conceptualize and direct the evolution of our Software DevelopmentLifecycle (SDLC) metrics, capabilities and processes based on the stateof the art and industry best practices. Build a deep understanding ofour engineering culture, tools and practices. Identify what works andwhat needs improvement. Engage with engineers to understand theirneeds, concerns and desires. Improve the overall development experience,reduce friction, remove bottlenecks and assure quality, security andreliability across the entire SDLC. Strategize on effectivelyintegrating AI into our SDLC, ensuring clear business value, benefit toengineers, and return on investment. Uncover risks and seek outinefficiencies, waste and bottlenecks across the SDLC. Advocateengineering-wide improvements in governance, security and quality. Participate in on-call. If You Got It, We Want It: Extensiveexperience with enterprise-scale engineering environments. 5+ yearsof experience in a Devtools, DevOps or Engineering productivity role. Experience as a tech lead providing technical direction and guidance toa technical domain or team. Deep understanding of engineering bestpractices across the tech industry. Comfortable with a high level ofautonomy and working with a distributed team Passion for softwarequality and craft. Development with JavaScript, Node.js or TypeScriptin a Linux or Mac environment. Experience with SCM, SCA, CI/ CDpipelines and Build tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience withagentic AI in software development Knowledge of cloud design patternsfor scale, data management, resiliency and performance.
