Your Role As a Director within Synapse at Capgemini Invent , you will shape and deliver advanced product engineering programs that merge hardware innovation, intelligent systems, and AIu2011enabled decision making. You will guide crossu2011functional teams through the full lifecycle of product development - translating client ambition into executable roadmaps, architecting solutions, and accelerating outcomes using GenAI, simulation intelligence, and datau2011driven engineering. Qualifications & Experience Must Have + Proven experience architecting, designing, and delivering complex electronic assemblies, leveraging EDA, simulation, and advanced testing methodologies. + Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, manage ambiguity, drive planning, and orchestrate technical execution across multidisciplinary environments. + Strong clientu2011facing communication skills, including presenting technical concepts, shaping proposals, and influencing senior engineering stakeholders. + Experience applying datau2011driven or AIu2011enabled tools in design, verification, modeling, or diagnostics to accelerate development cycles. + Exposure to AI/GenAI in areas such as automated code generation, predictive modeling, or intelligent design assistance. + Consulting mindset: structured problem solving, executive communication, and the ability to translate technology into business value.
