Responsibilities + Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles, following dealer and factory standards. + Conduct complete vehicle inspections, including brakes, tires, fluids, and other systems. + Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and expertise. + Provide clear, professional recommendations to service advisors and customers. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while delivering quality workmanship. Qualifications + Proven experience as an automotive technician (3+ years preferred). + Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills; experience with multiple vehicle brands is a plus (Honda experience is appreciated but not required). + ASE certifications are preferred but not mandatory. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. + Valid driveru2019s license and acceptable driving record. + Dedication to providing exemplary customer service.
