Contract & Forms Oversight + Review, update, and maintain standardized real estate contracts and forms + Partner with internal committees and external vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance + Draft new language and revisions responding to legal or market changes ? Education & Training + Develop and present webinars, CLE courses, and short-form educational content + Create engaging materials to explain legal updates and common transaction pitfalls Requirements u2705 What Weu2019re Looking For As A Contracts Counsel ? J.D. from an accredited law school u2696ufe0f Active South Carolina Bar license ? 3+ years of legal experience (South Carolina real estate law strongly preferred) ? Working knowledge of real estate transactions, agency law, and regulatory compliance ? Key Skills + Ability to explain complex legal issues in plain English + Strong contract drafting and attention to detail + Calm, service-oriented approach in fast-paced environments + Highly organized, proactive, and independently motivated ?
