Product Manager - Environmental Asset Management

We are seeking a Product Manager, Environmental Asset Management, to work on our Environmental ATG + Wetstock remote management solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Product - Environmental Asset Management, this position is open to remote employees in the United States, working during Eastern or Central Time Zone hours. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Define and continuously refine a product strategy and roadmap tied to organizational strategy, including milestones, phases, and clear execution plans u2022 Engage with customers and conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new features, opportunities for product differentiation, innovation, and influence product strategy u2022 Work cross-functionally with engineering, product owners, and technical teams to ensure proper design, roadmap execution, user story creation, backlog prioritization, and successful delivery u2022 Collaborate with sales and marketing to design go-to-market strategy, develop compelling positioning, and create sales enablement collateral and training materials u2022 Assess customer needs and act on customers' behalf to prioritize product requirements; gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to ensure user adoption and drive product improvements u2022 Analyze performance metrics and use both quantitative and qualitative data-driven insights to drive product improvements, package products, and inform pricing strategies u2022 Manage the full lifecycle of new product features and solutions from conception through launch and post-launch optimization u2022 Create compelling business cases for new products and features backed by customer data, market intelligence, and financial analysis u2022 Act as a product evangelist, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and with key clients Required Qualifications: u2022 5+ years of product management experience in the software industry, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the convenience and retail fuel sector u2022 Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle u2022 Strong technical background with understanding of device connectivity/IoT/API products; knowledge of ATG and retail fueling preferred u2022 Experience creating product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy for hardware/software solutions u2022 Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams u2022 Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to use both quantitative and qualitative data points to drive decisions u2022 Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems u2022 Ability and desire to impact customers through innovation u2022 Willingness to travel up to 20% of the year to meet with customers and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience u2022 Industry experience in fuel & convenience retail, or related sectors The base compensation range for this position is $96,800 to $ 125,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
