Openings: 30 About the Role Weu2019re seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing and Memory Care team. In this role, youu2019ll provide hands-on, individualized care to residents while supporting their comfort, safety, and daily living needs. Youu2019ll work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and be a key part of a collaborative, resident-focused care environment. What Youu2019ll Do As a CNA, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and hygiene assistance Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support to residents Maintaining a clean, safe living environment, including making beds and tidying resident rooms Floating between units as needed Charting and documentation using PointClickCare Schedule & Expectations Hours: 37.5 per week Days: Weekdays + every other weekend Float Required: Yes Minimum Requirements Active CNA certification in good standing (with state verification) 2+ years experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing 2+ years experience with PointClickCare Memory Care experience is a plus Reliable transportation CPR certification (if applicable) TB test, questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as applicable) Current health certificate (based on state or contract requirements) Knowledge of medical terminology and clerical functions Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years old Why Youu2019ll Love Working Here Youu2019ll be part of a dedicated team that values compassion, communication, and professional excellence.
