Aspen IP.21 Application Support Analyst

Location: Remote EST Duration: 6+ month contract - possibility to extend and become permanent position Responsibilities Provide first-level application support for the Aspen IP.21 data historian Monitor and resolve issues via help desk tickets (ServiceNow) Manage ticket queues and backlog of small enhancements Support setup and maintenance of interfaces connected to the application Perform basic SQL queries and small configuration or programming changes Troubleshoot application and data issues Escalate complex issues as needed and assist on larger projects when applicable Requirements 3+ years of experience supporting the Aspen IP.21 (InfoPlus.21) application Background supporting applications used in manufacturing or industrial environments Working knowledge of SQL (queries, troubleshooting, basic scripting) Experience in an IT support or application support role Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
