Duties include, but are not limited to, mowing, spreading mulch, trimming shrubs, installing plants, pulling weeds, and cleaning leaves, etc., operating powered equipment such as lawnmowers and leaf blowers, using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, and hedge trimmers, etc., and operating in a group setting on tasks as directed; 35+ hours per week, Monday-Sunday (1-3 days off, varies), shifts start as early as 6:00 a.m. and end as late as 7:00 p.m. (multiple shifts available, varies); $20.39 - $22.00 per hour, overtime possible at $30.59 - $33.00 per hour; temporary full-time (April 1, 2026, to December 1, 2026). No minimum education required; no experience required; on-the-job training provided. Performance-based bonus and/or raise possible. Optional employer-provided housing at $125 per week deduction for housing with cable, electric, heat, A/C, washer and dryer and water included, deducted from weekly pay if elected; employer offers to help workers find housing if worker does not opt into employer-provided housing. Paid weekly using a single workweek as the standard for computing wages due. Standard payroll deductions as required by law. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if worker completes half the employment period; the amount for daily subsistence will be at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts; return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Reimbursement within one week after the start of work of visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. The employer will provide workers, at no charge, with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
