Learn more about what we do at: **About the Role** The Configuration Specialist is responsible for supporting and implementing new and existing customers that PSI serves, working with a Project Manager or Coordinator to determine the scope and needs of the project. Responsibilities include analysis of project requirements and translating them into configurations within the system(s), coordinating with many teams across the organization, and understanding downstream effects and potential gaps. This opportunity is ideal for a determined and proactive individual with a strong focus on quality work and documentation. This role also requires an analytical thinker who is willing to pay significant attention to the details in their work. This is a full-time permanent role, with hours around core office availability Monday to Friday. The role can be performed remotely. **Role Responsibilities** + Configuration of PSI systems related to registration and exam delivery using front-end portals, custom tools, and system reports, ensuring accurate and alignment with specifications + Interface with the PMO (project management office) and Test Publishing teams to schedule and plan new implementations, exam updates and republications, and migration or retirement of examinations + Drive day-to-day configuration activities to complete each project + Ensure exams are configured accurately, on schedule, and in full alignment with client requirements. + Proactively identify configuration issues, missing details, or unclear specifications, and recommend solutions. + Monitor Jira dashboards and create, update, or maintain tickets for each project. + Support troubleshooting of configuration‑related issues raised by clients, candidates, proctors, Client Services Specialists, and Test Publishing teams. **Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements** + Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience + 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience with front-end configuration experience preferred + Experienced in troubleshooting applications and partnering with Quality Assurance and Development teams to resolve issues + Understanding of APIs, databases, ticketing and enterprise systems along with their relationship to other teams and the end user + Ability to translate business requirements into tasks within ticketing software such as Jira + Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills with attention to detail + Comfortable learning and applying new technologies to enhance application usability and performance. + Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and communicate project status accurately. + Ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences + Willing and able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines **Benefits & Culture** At PSI, our culture is to be transparent and fair.
