Machine Shop Operator - Direct Hire

JOB REQUIREMENTS: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. OperateMakino MMC (pallet pool) including loading & unloading of fixtures,cleaning debris from parts, performance and verification of qualitychecks, and material handling required to keep all CNC's operational.2. Check, maintain, repair, sharpen, replace and monitor the workinginventory of machine cutting tools of each machine. 3. Identify machineand/or tooling issues, then work closely with the supervisor, tool room,maintenance or engineering to resolve the problem. 4. Serve as technicallead apprentice for operators in the machine shop. 5. Assist withtraining of new operators. 6. Operate forklift 7. Move material tooperations within the plant and document through SAP. 8. Able tounderstand technical part prints and develop tooling plans based uponthose prints. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must beable to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
