Description: You will be the Program Management Sr Stf for the Air Dominance System Improvement Program. Our team is responsible for delivering innovative upgrades that enhance system performance, reduce costs, and increase affordability. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Management Sr Stf you will be responsible for leading the execution of system improvement programs and complex developments for the Air Dominance mission area. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Lead execution of system improvement programs and complex developments for the Air Dominance mission area. + Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely, onu2011budget delivery. + Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and prioritize upgrade requirements. + Capture new business by collaborating with customers on RFP development, proposal preparation, and negotiations. + Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the program team. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years u2022 Must have the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance u2022 Leadership of cross-functional teams u2022 Experience in risk identification and management u2022 Quick learner u2022 Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel with minimal direction u2022 Strong communications skills (verbal and written) and successful experience with executive level presentations u2022 Experience establishing strong customer relationships u2022 Experience working with suppliers and subcontract management Desired Skills: u2022 Leadership of cross-functional teams with scope >$20M, with responsibility for quality/technical, schedule and cost performance u2022 Demonstrated performance on development programs, to include subcontracted developmental items u2022 Experience with proposals (proposal prep, INAR, EPP, and negotiations) u2022 Experience with missile systems & subsystems u2022 Experience working obsolescence issues/mitigations u2022 Experience leading subordinate leaders and developing talent u2022 Experience with classified programs (collateral and special access programs) u2022 A Bacheloru2019s degree or higher in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering , Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field u2022Top Secret Clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
