Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: u2022 People Skills: Ability to understand customersu2019 needs and respond to them in a pro-active, courteous, professional, and efficient manner. u2022 Communication Skills: Able to communicate in English using good diction, and respond to peoples needs in a pleasant and courteous manner as perceived by the customer, and as appropriate to infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. u2022 Technical Skills: Ability to operate stretchers, beds, and wheelchairs. u2022 Must be proficient in the English language and able to read, write, and follow oral instructions. u2022 Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
