These highly motivated individual will ensure efficient production while promoting and working safely within established policies and procedures. Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays from 7am to 4pm Responsibilities: + Supervise machining (CNC and manual) and welding teams + Implement Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence tools + Monitor and maintain statistical process control + Oversee production planning and scheduling + Manage KPIs, including utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, and rework + Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving using Lean manufacturing principles + Develop and implement policies and procedures as needed + Onboard and train new hires + Perform other duties as assigned.
