Capital Project Team Leader u2013 Digital Technology

Job Description A global electronics and semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking a Capital Project Team Leader to lead and manage a large program of Digital Tech projects to disengage from DuPont IT infrastructure. The program consists of 26 projects across 9 workstreams over 2 years. This role will report to the VP of Capital Engineering and take day to day direction from the Project Independence Program Leader. This is an immediate, 6 month contract to hire opportunity and will be expected 2 days onsite in Wilmington DE. Role responsibilities: u00b7 Drive capital project work processes and practices per the customer's Global Project System u00b7 Work with Digital Tech project manager to understand project objectives, scope of work and estimates (capex, cawc, opex) u00b7 Work with the Business Engineering Leader to determine Capital Engineering governance based on size, complexity of the project (gate reviews, cost control level, schedule level, execution plans etcu2026) u00b7 Accountable for all aspects of Project execution, oversight and performance management. u00b7 Ownersu2019 role champion and ensuring that external contract partners are performing per cost and schedule expectations u00b7 Lead all Gate Keeping reviews and ensure that all project deliverables have been met u00b7 Manage monthly performance metrics u2003o Create authorization request in EcoSys and routing u2003o Update forecasts in EcoSys per deadlines and if there are significant changes during the month u2003o Update 4-blockers for any major project monthly u2003o Create dashboard and content for periodic management reviews Will need to work with the following organizations: u00b7 Digital Tech Project Management u2013 estimate breakdowns, scope of work, Indicated Total Cost and monthly spend updates u00b7 Cost Control u2013 ITC and monthly forecasting review u00b7 Procurement u2013 Purchase Order creation u2013 GR, SES or IR We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Candidates with large project PTL experience will be given preference. Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
