Job Title: Field Installation Coordinator Job Description The Installation Coordinator is an integral part of the Site Project Management Team responsible for installing company equipment at customer facilities. This role involves coordinating between the Site Project Teams, Remote Management, and customers to facilitate seamless installation work. Typical assignments include material planning, mechanical/electrical work, supervision, and overall coordination. Responsibilities + Perform daily wiring tasks, including pre-wiring components, installing and organizing junction boxes, and preparing systems for downstream robotics installation. + Wear and work in a cleanroom suit for extended periods, maintaining compliance with all cleanroom protocols. + Lead and coordinate a small team of 4u20135 technicians, communicating daily plans and instructions from the Site Manager. + Ensure team alignment, workflow clarity, and task completion while performing hands-on work alongside the team. + Monitor scheduling, procedures, and performance of installation work at the customer's facility, recommending improvements and modifications as necessary. + Oversee the implementation and training of approved control systems and procedures. + Work closely with the Installation Site Manager and Site Management Team to assist in analyzing errors and developing solutions. + Coordinate installation personnel to ensure quality of work meets standards and provide training as appropriate. + Administer day-to-day operations at the customer's facility, overseeing the installation of parts and data management. + Monitor, guide, and train contractor's resources and vendors to ensure efficient operation. + Supervise and coordinate material movement, electrical and mechanical contractors, QAQC work based on project needs. + Attend daily in-field whiteboard meetings. Essential Skills + 2+ years of equipment install coordination within a manufacturing environment. + 2+ years of mechanical hands-on troubleshooting and/or equipment installation. + Natural leadership skills, potentially verified through references, military experience , or project leadership experience. + Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. + Skills in material planning, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment installs and troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and project coordination. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with electro/mechanical equipment, pre-wiring, juncture boxes, semiconductor processes, logistics, schematics, QA/QC, budgeting, planning, and scheduling. + Familiarity with AC/DC motors, conveyors, cranes, maintenance repair, gearboxes, PLCs, and Allen-Bradley systems. Work Environment This role is located in North Phoenix AZ. This role requires working in a cleanroom environment which mandates wearing a full cleanroom suit. The environment is team-oriented, with a focus on straightforward, supportive leadership, and a culture of clarity and honesty. Working in the elements, as equipment is installed and cleanroom environments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
