Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Oncology Nurse u2013 Palo Alto, CA Join a leading oncology team delivering specialized outpatient care to BMT patients. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a high-acuity, patient-focused environment. Compensation Pay - The anticipated wage for this position is between $84 and $ 85.00 Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. Key Responsibilities + Provide direct care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplant in an outpatient setting + Manage treatment plans, labs, and medications + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care + Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment + Participate in care coordination, navigation, and chemotherapy administration as needed Qualifications + Active California RN license + Current BLS (American Heart Association) + 3+ years RN experience in outpatient BMT (preferred) + Chemotherapy certification (preferred) Education BSN preferred Preferred Experience + Outpatient oncology + Case management or nurse navigation Benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
