Description We are looking for an experienced and bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations located southeast of Houston. This role requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who excels in managing diverse teams, fostering employee relations, and supporting field employees. The Human Resources Manager position will be working in the office 100% of the time. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including managing a team of two HR professionals. u2022 Develop and maintain strong employee relations strategies, focusing on effective communication and conflict resolution. u2022 Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction. u2022 Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes. u2022 Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the company. u2022 Support field and blue-collar employees by addressing their unique HR needs and challenges. u2022 Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies. u2022 Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. u2022 Provide guidance and support for performance management and employee development programs. u2022 Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management. u2022 Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. u2022 Proven experience working with blue-collar or field employees. u2022 Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management. u2022 Hands-on experience with HRIS systems for data management and reporting. u2022 Certification in HR (such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP) is preferred. u2022 Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. u2022 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
