Job Title: Cleanroom Technician Job Description As a Cleanroom Production Associate, you will support either pre-production or post-production operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will work with a variety of equipment and processes to ensure products meet strict FDA and quality standards. Responsibilities + Operate production equipment such as mixers, pulverizers, sealers, and filling machines, and perform manual filling tasks when required. + Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace in accordance with FDA and cleanroom standards. + Accurately document production activities and follow established procedures. + Lift and handle 65+ lb bags of raw materials throughout the shift. + Rotate between workstations as needed to support daily production goals. + Perform 'barback' duties, including restocking materials and completing daily sanitation tasks. Essential Skills + 1+ year of production experience in an FDA-compliant manufacturer. + Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and record keeping. + Experience in sealing, counting, filling, measuring, labeling, mixing, production, machine operating, inventory, and packaging. Work Environment You will work in a non-smoking facility with PPE required, including hair nets, coats, gloves, and booties. All rooms are climate and moisture controlled to ensure product quality. The facility welcomes bilingual or Spanish-only speakers. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 9 pm. Please note that you must sign an NDA for the recipe of supplements and cannot have dairy or shellfish allergies. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
