This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.What You’ll DoAdministrative & Executive SupportProvide day-to-day administrative assistance to executive leadership and management teamCoordinate and manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, and appointmentsOrganize board meetings, internal team meetings, and virtual sessionsArrange travel and logistics when neededPrepare correspondence, reports, and other business documentsFront Desk & Operational SupportManage a multi-line phone system, including call routing and message handlingGreet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional mannerDirect customers and loan clients to the appropriate team membersSupport general office and branch operations as neededWhat We’re Looking For1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (3-5 years preferred)High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plusStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectivelyExperience in a professional office or banking environment is a plusWhat We OfferComprehensive medical and dental coverage401(k) retirement planLife insuranceAdditional benefitsAdditional InformationEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of background and credit checks, as well as verification of work authorization.Bank of New England is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
