Admissions CounselorLocation: Needville and Stafford, TXPay range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year based on experienceSchedule: Full time, 40 hours per week, may require work outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAre you a persuasive relationship‑builder who thrives in a consultative sales role and wants your work to truly change lives?As an Admissions Counselor at OPI Houston, you serve as both the first point of contact for families seeking care and a key sales driver for the program. This outward‑facing role blends empathy with persuasion, requiring strong networking skills, comfort with travel, and the ability to confidently sell the value and outcomes of the program. You’ll cultivate referral relationships, guide prospects through the admissions funnel, and convert leads into enrollments, often working with families in crisis.
