This person will provide administrative and operational support to the Employee Relations team, with a focus on supporting employee relations activities and day-to-day HR operations. OurPrivacy Statementdescribes how we will process and safeguard your personal data.Provide administrative support to the Employee Relations team across HR activitiesAssist with employee relations matters, including intake, documentation, tracking, and follow-upSupport preparation of employee communications and documentation (e.g., performance discussions, corrective actions)Coordinate scheduling and logistics for HR-related meetings and investigationsAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including system updates and documentationPartner with HRIS and internal teams to ensure accurate data entry and reportingRespond to routine employee and manager inquiries, escalating issues as appropriateSupport process improvements and maintain standardized HR proceduresAssist with special projects and HR initiatives as neededBachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and 1-2 years of HR, recruiting, or related experienceStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgmentProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn HR systemsStrong follow-through and ability to work independentlyWillingness and desire to work with innovative technology platforms - our employees also have access to Harvey, a legal-specific AI tool that reduces time spent on routine tasks, allowing you to focus on more meaningful, high-impact workHave more questions?
