This position manages reservations, coordinates seating flow, and ensures that all members and guests receive attentive, personalized service consistent with thehigh standardsof a private golf club environment.Greet members and guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.Escort members and guests to tables and present menus.Communicate seating updates and special requests to servers and management.Maintain an organized andaccuratereservation system.Answer phones professionally andassistwith dining inquiries.Monitor dining room flow tooptimizeservice and guest experience.Assistwithspecial events, tournaments, and private functions.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.Thank members and guests as theydepartand invite them to return.Previoushospitality or customer service experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and polished demeanor.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods.Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak golf season.Salary: $15 per hour (hourly)
