Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services. Additional Details: Required Credentials: • You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. • Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. • LA fire card within the last 30 days. • Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only. • Government-Issued Photo ID • References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years Unit/Facility Details: Free Parking Special Requests: • RTO must be listed at time of submission. • All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. Shift & Scheduling: Start times vary 0800 to 1100 as needed. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
