Inventory Clerk

Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Thousand Palms, California. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to manage essential inventory processes while utilizing your technical and organizational skills. Responsibilities: u2022 Receive and inspect parts delivered by vendors to ensure accuracy and quality. u2022 Label parts appropriately and maintain accurate logs in multiple computer systems. u2022 Utilize Office tools to track inventory and perform data entry tasks. u2022 Ensure inventory records are up-to-date and organized for easy reference. u2022 Coordinate purchasing activities to maintain adequate stock levels. u2022 Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. u2022 Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory management processes. u2022 Generate reports detailing inventory status and communicate findings to management. u2022 Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field. u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in records. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. u2022 Familiarity with inventory tracking and control systems. u2022 Excellent organizational and time management skills. u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. u2022 Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and colleagues. u2022 Experience with purchasing activities is a plus.
