Commercial Escrow Assistant

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Escrow/Title Assistant will provide highu2011level support to a highu2011volume commercial escrow desk, assisting with complex commercial real estate transactions from file opening through closing. This role is ideal for a detailu2011oriented professional with a strictly commercial background who thrives in a fastu2011paced, productionu2011driven environment. This position will be on-site 5 days a week in Downtown Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities Support the Commercial Escrow Officer throughout the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, from opening to close. Prepare and review commercial closing statements and assist with settlement coordination. Review, organize, and track title commitments, title requirements, and related commercial documentation. Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, attorneys, and external stakeholders to ensure timely closings. Maintain accurate, compliant files in accordance with California commercial title insurance regulations. Manage multiple commercial files simultaneously in a structured, highu2011volume workflow. Ensure all escrow activities meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
