Job Description The LMS System Administrator works in a highly collaborative, team-driven environment and is responsible for managing and maintaining the organizationu2019s LMS (Pathways), engaging internal stakeholders, designing and implementing custom solutions, reporting, troubleshooting, and help desk support for approximately 70,000 associates in the U.S. and internationally. u2022u2003Loads and maintains LMS content, including homegrown training and 3rd party courses and curricula. u2022u2003Engages stakeholders to flesh out requirements. Designs and executes solutions. u2022u2003Creates, maintains, and documents automatic assignment rules. u2022u2003Provides support to associates by responding to and resolving helpdesk inquiries. u2022u2003Manages 3rd party licensed content vendor; participates in vendor calls. u2022u2003Supports projects and initiatives that enhance L&Du2019s capabilities. u2022u2003Provides reporting as required. u2022u2003Supports the companyu2019s Performance Management program using Schooxu2019s Performance module.
