Catering Sales Manager Job Reference Number: 38219 Employment Type: Full-Time , Onsite Segment: Dining & Events Brand: Constellation Location: Santa Ana , California (US-CA) The Role at a glance: We are looking to add an experienced, enthusiastic catering sales manager to our Constellation Culinary Group team in Santa Ana, CA. As a catering sales manager, you will have the opportunity to work independently to sell and produce events for a variety of market segments at a prestigious Cultural Center. What you'll be doing: + Maintaining positive relationships with established event locations, and identifying potential new locations. + Responding to and acting on client questions and needs, including menu selections, logistics, and equipment acquisition. + Developing new client relationships and building on outreach opportunities. + Following up with clients after events to receive feedback.
