Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Junior UX Designer & Researcher to support a Digital Product team. This person will help design and improve digital products across the USTA Network by assisting with user research, creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and supporting usability testing. This role is weighted more heavily toward design (about 60%), with the remaining 40% focused on user research, testing, and insights. Theyu2019ll work closely with senior UX designers, product managers, and developers to gather user feedback, test ideas, and make updates based on what works best for users. The role is very handsu2011on and collaborative, with a focus on learning, growing UX skills, and contributing to real product decisions while working on highu2011visibility digital platforms.
