Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ How youu2019ll make an impact in this role + Assure patient safety and care quality by meticulously reviewing medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve potential drug-related problems. + Optimize patient outcomes by collaborating with physicians to recommend appropriate formulary alternatives and providing expert drug information to the medical team. + Oversee and mentor pharmacy technical personnel in the preparation and accurate dispensing of medications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. + Educate and counsel patients on their medication therapies, promoting effective and safe use for better health outcomes. + Facilitate seamless clinical operations by ensuring the appropriate selection, dosing, and dispensing of all medication orders. What minimum requirements youu2019ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Florida Board of Pharmacy required. licensure or eligible.
