Position Summary The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting using the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, prioritizes patient needs, and ensures safe, high-quality care on a Medical/Surgical Cardiac unit. Key Responsibilities + Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practice + Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on plans of care + Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to support staff + Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age + Maintain professional accountability and ongoing development Why BayCare?
