Job Title: Manufacturing Associate (1st Shift) ($20/hr.) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Manufacturing Associate to join our team in a contract-to-hire position. You will be working from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, in a controlled manufacturing environment. Your main task will be assembling graphite rupture discs and related components according to specifications, drawings, and work instructions. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. We are looking for an individual to start as soon as possible after interviewing. Apply Today Responsibilities + Assemble graphite rupture discs and related components following detailed specifications and drawings. + Perform repetitive, detail-focused assembly work in a controlled manufacturing environment. + Handle graphite materials carefully to ensure product integrity and quality. + Inspect parts for defects and ensure finished products meet quality standards. + Use hand tools, measuring devices, and basic assembly equipment. + Follow all safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and clean work practices. + Accurately and neatly complete production documentation and work orders. + Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality. + Use a drill press and perform basic math. + Lift up to 50 lbs and assist with setup and changeover. + Conduct final assembly, packing, and shipping. + Prepare products for shipping and attach tags and gaskets. Essential Skills + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Previous manufacturing experience or small part assembly. + Experience using hand tools. + Ability to perform repetitive work. + Capability to follow work instructions. Additional Skills & Qualifications + General production knowledge. + Proficiency with drill press and hand tools. + Neat handwriting for documentation. Why Work Here?
