Piping Designer

Entry Level Piping Designer - 1+ Years Experience Job Description The piping designer will be responsible for creating detailed designs and layouts for piping systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities + Create CAD designs of basic equipment layouts and piping routings that adhere to codes, standards, and client requirements. + Coordinate the work of other lead designers assigned to the task. + Ensure discipline leads have the correct project standards and checklists. + Maintain and update the overall 3D model as required. + Prepare engineering drawings and documentation. + Participate in meetings with clients as requested. Essential Skills + 1+ year of piping design using AutoCAD Plant 3D + Associate's Degree in Drafting or Design + Experience with Plant 3D, Autocad, Piping design, Piping engineering, and Pipe support design Additional Skills & Qualifications + Revit experience + Experience preparing orthographic drawings + Navisworks experience Work Environment This is a hybrid position consisting of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, typically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The position requires limited travel, with no more than a week on the road, ensuring you are home by the weekend.
