Production Supervisor

Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Greater Reidsville area, North Carolina Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000 Our client, a leader in the food processing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting the daily production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization. What's the Job? + Organize and direct work on the processing floor to meet production schedules efficiently. + Ensure that the workforce performs their duties in accordance with food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. + Monitor quality checks to meet quality goals and ensure product safety standards are maintained. + Lead risk management and safety initiatives to protect employees and minimize organizational liability. + Support employee engagement through training, goal setting, and labor relations activities. What's Needed? + High School diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred. + Three to five years of related experience with progressive supervisory responsibilities. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment near moving mechanical parts. + Experience working in refrigerated and cold environments is advantageous. + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
