What Youu2019ll Lead + Serve as the Lead Superintendent from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on groundu2011up and addition projects in the education and municipal sectors. + Oversee all daily field operations, including subcontractor management, site logistics, safety, and quality control. + Build, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6. + Use construction management software to track progress, coordination, and documentation. + Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to keep the project moving efficiently. + Participate in interviews, presentations, and pursuit efforts for new . + Foster a positive, solutionsu2011oriented jobsite culture that supports teamwork and professional excellence. What You Bring + Groundu2011up construction experience on Higher Education, Ku201112, and/or Civic projectsu2014this is essential. + Proven success delivering: + Municipal projects in the $5Mu2013$20M range + Ku201112 education projects in the $25Mu2013$40M range + Strong understanding of Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) delivery. + Proficiency with construction management platforms and scheduling tools. + Ability to develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules. + Strong communication skills and confidence participating in interviews for new work. + A leadership style that balances accountability, collaboration, and respect.
