This position supports Executives with staffing strategy and plans for future growth of the organization. The full time position for Director of Recruiting needs experience filling clinician type positions at all levels. From Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, to Surgery Techs, etc..... This position requires 5 plus years experience working in a healthcare environment with a passion for helping people. This is a position that is a sole contributor initially. Look me up on Linked In Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top healthcare talent. u2022 Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. u2022 Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and industry networks. u2022 Collaborate with executives to align staffing plans with organizational goals. u2022 Utilize HRIS systems and tools to streamline recruitment processes and track metrics. u2022 Conduct talent branding initiatives to enhance the organization's presence in the healthcare market. u2022 Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies during recruitment. u2022 Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and future hiring needs. u2022 Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. u2022 Act as a sole contributor to drive recruitment efforts for various clinical and non-clinical roles. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare industry. u2022 Proven ability to recruit for clinician roles such as physicians, nurse practitioners, and surgical technicians. u2022 Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including talent sourcing and onboarding. u2022 Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll tools like ADP. u2022 Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and staffing requirements. u2022 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. u2022 Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. u2022 Passion for helping people and improving healthcare staffing processes.
