Job Title: Medical Assembler Job Description We are seeking a meticulous Medical Assembler to join our team in assembling innovative medical products. You will primarily focus on creating the implantable sub-assembly, known as the cartridge, which plays a crucial role in treating rotator cuff injuries by attaching tendons to bones. This involves tying small knots in suture repair lines around anchors with precision, often requiring the use of a microscope. Additionally, you will be involved in assembling molded plastic parts to form the cartridge shell and the apparatus for implanting sutures. Responsibilities + Assemble the implantable sub-assembly by tying knots in suture repair lines around anchors. + Utilize microscopes to ensure precision in knot tying and assembly tasks. + Assemble molded plastic parts to create the cartridge shell and implantation apparatus. + Demonstrate great hand dexterity and attention to detail for high-quality assembly. + Document processes on travelers and maintain rigorous inspection standards. Essential Skills + Proven experience in manual medical assembly for over a year. + Excellent hand dexterity and familiarity with implantable medical products. + Ability to work with microscopes and cleanroom procedures. + Strong attention to detail and quality control. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with medical device assembly and inspection. + Knowledge of GDP (Good Documentation Practices) in assembly processes. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Plain, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
