Telehealth Technology Coordinator Location: On-site u2013 Baltimore, MD and Olney, MD Pay: $20u2013$25 per hour Work Environment Hospital-based, patient-facing environment. This role requires in-room patient interaction and collaboration with clinical staff. Proper PPE will be provided. This role blends technology support, administrative duties, and direct patient interaction, helping ensure telehealth services are efficient, reliable, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is an entry-level, patient-facing opportunity and a great way to enter the healthcare field. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Support inpatient telehealth initiatives including virtual provider consultations, remote rounding, family video visits, virtual interpreting services, and post-discharge remote monitoring. Bring telehealth devices to patient bedsides and assist with setup and use. Communicate directly with patients, families, and care teams. Assist clinical staff with technology and administrative support. Track, troubleshoot, and help maintain telehealth equipment in partnership with IT. Perform data entry and documentation in EMR systems. Collaborate with clinical leadership and telehealth program teams. Required Skills & Experience Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable working face-to-face with patients in hospital rooms. Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers daily. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable working overnight shifts.
